Digital Products
All products sold through Unmuddled are digital products intended for personal use.
When you purchase a product, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the materials yourself. You are welcome to print worksheets and templates for your own personal use.
You may not:
- share your login details
- distribute purchased files
- resell or reproduce materials
- use the materials commercially without written permission
All materials, including methods, frameworks, writing, videos and designs, remain the property of Amanda Appiagyei. Buying a product gives you permission to use it, not ownership of it.
These terms also apply to products you receive free of charge or through a discount code.
Payments
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and displayed at checkout. Payments are processed securely through our payment providers. We do not see or store your full card details.
Access to your purchase will normally be provided immediately after successful payment, and you will receive an email confirming your order.
Refunds
If you change your mind, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date, for any reason. Just email amanda@unmuddled.co with your order details. Once your refund is processed, your access to that product will end.
Please read product descriptions carefully before purchasing and contact us if you have questions before buying.
If you experience a genuine technical issue accessing your purchase, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve it.
After 14 days, if a product is faulty, does not match its description, or is not fit for purpose, you are still entitled to have it fixed or replaced, or, if that is not possible within a reasonable time, to some or all of your money back.
If you are really unhappy with a purchase for any other reason after 14 days, please tell us. Every message is read personally, and where it feels fair we may offer a refund, a swap, or another way to put things right. Any refund given in this way is at our discretion.
Please contact us before raising a dispute with your bank or card provider, as most problems can be resolved quickly by email.
Nothing in these Terms affects any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
Access
When you pay a one-off fee, you have access to that product for as long as it continues to be offered.
Access to purchased digital products is guaranteed for a minimum of 12 months from the date of purchase. During this time, we will keep the product available and maintained, and fix any problems that arise. In most cases, access will remain available for significantly longer, but after 12 months we cannot guarantee that a product will continue to be maintained, updated or offered.
We may occasionally update, improve, replace, or retire products and resources as the business evolves. Updates will not remove the main features you paid for during your first 12 months. If we retire a product you have bought, we will, where reasonably possible, email you at least 30 days beforehand. Where products include downloadable resources, we recommend saving copies for your own records.
Results
Our products are provided for educational and informational purposes only. They are not medical, psychological, financial, legal or other professional advice. If you are struggling with your health or wellbeing, please speak to a qualified professional.
We do not guarantee specific outcomes, results, income, productivity improvements, business growth, or personal achievements from using our products. Your results will depend on many factors, including your individual circumstances and implementation.
We always look to improve our offering, so please do contact us at amanda@unmuddled.co with any questions.
Privacy
How we collect, use and look after your personal information, including anything you store in our apps, is explained in our Privacy Policy. It forms part of these terms.
Emails
When you buy or claim a product, we’ll email you about your order and access. You’ll also receive Unmuddled emails with tips and offers, which you can unsubscribe from at any time. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unmuddled will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our products or website, or for any business losses, as our products are for personal use. Our total liability relating to any purchase will not exceed the amount paid for that product.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this website. The version that applies to your purchase is the one in place when you bought it.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in your local courts.
